Genesis Charter (v0.1)
This charter defines the permanent constraints of the system. It exists to preserve legitimacy, merit, and long-term stability.
Article I: Identity
- Each account is a unique, non-transferable digital identity.
- Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or merged.
- Progression, reputation, and influence remain bound to the originating account.
Article II: Equal Genesis
- All participants begin with equal foundational status.
- Advantage must be earned through participation, skill, or contribution.
- No mechanic may allow direct purchase of permanent dominance.
Article III: Structured Evolution
- The world evolves through recorded, irreversible decisions.
- World-shaping events occur within predefined constitutional guardrails.
- Destructive or system-breaking options shall not be presented.
Article IV: Founder Safeguard Seat
- The Founder holds a permanent constitutional safeguard seat.
- This authority exists only to block charter violations and systemic collapse.
- Safeguard actions must be publicly justified and recorded.
- The Founder may not override elections, alter competitive outcomes, or grant personal economic advantage.
Article V: Transparency
- Governance decisions, updates, and rule changes must be publicly viewable.
- No hidden mechanics that affect competition or economy shall exist.
Article VI: Merit
- Influence and advancement correlate with meaningful participation.
- Financial contribution alone cannot grant permanent influence.
Article VII: Continuity
- Major structural decisions become part of recorded history.
- Reversals require an extraordinary constitutional process.
